Simmatec USA has secured an exclusive license to market, distribute, and install Simmatec Corporation’s automated parking systems in the US market. Simmatec builds the least expensive and most sophisticated fully-automated parking systems technologies currently available anywhere in the world. Simmatec manufactures seven different robotic parking systems and one pallet-based system all of which are modular and scalable.

While 138 Simmatec parking systems have been deployed internationally, none have been built in the United States. The US market for automated parking is currently still in its infancy, with a total of only five automated parking systems installed nationwide (all of them small in scale).

Simmatec USA's automated parking solutions will change the way land is used in US urban centers by significantly reducing the demand for land devoted to parking and making more land available for revenue generating purposes. Simmatec USA's parking solutions increase parking density by up to three times the amount of cars in the same amount of space as a conventional parking structure. These facilities operate using a computerized network of rails, trolley robots, carts, elevators and other technologies that lift and carry cars from the entrance bay to available slots with no human intervention.
